White estate wine is made by mixing different types of white grapes grown on our vineyard. It shows how well our land can grow different grapes and make different kinds of wine. We use Macabeo, which is really flexible and strong. Chardonnay is famous all around the world. And our own Airén grape is noble and delicate, It’s a blend that gets better with time, with a strong-taste, classy style, and it changes as it ages.
- Variety and Location: 60% Macabeo, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Airén. Socuéllamos and Villarrobledo.
- Vineyard: Organic and minimalist.
- Type of soil: Limestone loam.
- Field work: Green pruning, vegetation management, and cluster thinning.
- Harvest date: Late August – Mid September.
- Type of harvest: Manual in 12 kg crates. Morning sun.

All the wines, before blending, underwent lees aoing separately, The majority portion of Macabeo underwent stainless steel aging from start to finish. The Chardonnay fermented in barrels and underwent aging in both. barrels and steinless steel. And the Airén remained in clay amphora for 3 months.
