Estate wine is the blend of different areas and vinifications from the vineyard, based on soil type, plant behavior, and grape ripening. Different harvest days, ripening stages, Vinifications, and different aging processes.     • Field work: Green pruning, vegetation management, and cluster thinning

    • Type of harvest: Manual in 12 ka crates. Divided into morning sun and afternoon sun
    • Grape processing: Cold maceration for 5 days
    • Fermentation: Between 24 — 26 degrees Celsius Post- fermentation maceration for 15 days
    • Natural clarification and stabilization
    • Bottling: Bottled in December 2023

  • Entre Lindes – Estate Wine, spent 10 months in new French oak barrels and others with some wine. And 3 months in centuries-old clay amphorae from Villarrobledo. A very unique and pleasant wine, with a very engaging tasting experience and a clear purpose.
