Cultivated in poor, chalky soils, it gives us this version of adaptation to our very peculiar terroir.

Entre Lindes – Chardonnay fermented in untoasted French oak barrels. It remained with its own lees for 5 months before being transferred to stainless steel tanks for natural stabilization until bottling.
